Welcome to the Enchanted World of Stories with Starlight

I'm Lisa, an experienced primary school teacher with over 30 years of nurturing children's creativity, wonder, and joy. Stories with Starlight is my heart project — a magical world where imagination takes flight, nature is cherished, and young hearts are inspired to believe in their own inner magic.

My mission is simple: to create enchanting stories that help children reconnect with the wonder that lives inside them. With a background in both mainstream Australian schools and Rudolf Steiner education, I have spent my career cultivating environments where children can truly thrive — where they feel empowered, seen, and filled with joy for the beauty of the world around them.

Meet Starlight and Bridget

At the heart of this magical universe are two beloved characters. Starlight is a kind-hearted star-being fairy and Guardian of the Earth, who has travelled from the stars with an important mission: to remind everyone, especially children, of the magic that lives inside their hearts and to protect the natural world we all share.

By her side is Bridget, a quirky, lovable little blue bantam hen who brings laughter, warmth, and adventure wherever she goes. Together, Starlight and Bridget teach timeless lessons of friendship, kindness, environmental stewardship, and the power of believing in yourself.
